LCDG Staff

LCDG is organized in a 'flat,' fully-integrated manner. Each person brings specific, complementary skills to projects: urban planning, creative design, sustainability, management. Staff interface with clients, participating from inception through occupancy. With the advantage of a mid-size office, staff frequently gather for in-house training and to 'brainstorm' design solutions. All staff are university-trained in architecture, with advanced studies in their area of expertise. The ratio of licensed architects to interns is exceptionally high at 1:1.
